Every year we welcome bus guests from all over the world to Henslerhof.

Accordingly, we aim to make the visit to Henslerhof as personal and unforgettable as possible for bus companies. This begins with our welcome. In summer, your guests will be invited to a champagne reception (plus non-alcoholic beverages) at standing tables on our spacious outdoor grounds. During the cold season, we offer a mulled wine reception instead of champagne (plus non-alcoholic beverages). Small snacks are also provided after a long and exciting journey.

After refreshments, we share fascinating, interesting, and amusing facts about Henslerhof, built in 1552, as we walk through all the buildings and rooms on our property. Your guests will gain an impression of how people lived and worked here in the Black Forest 400 years ago. Afterwards, the large barn stands ready, perfectly decorated for lunch or dinner.

Very important for you: Ample bus parking is located directly next to Henslerhof. Your guests therefore do not have to walk long distances. Your bus drivers also benefit from our generous parking facilities.

We are happy to provide tips and suggestions on which attractions in the Black Forest you can include in your visit program. For multi-day trips, we have a list of hotel recommendations ready for you.

Upon request, we will even show your guests how to prepare a Black Forest cake step by step. The demonstration takes approximately 45–60 minutes. Once the cake is ready, your guests can sample it. All participants will receive the recipe from us before departure.

We are also happy to serve small delicacies such as bread platters. You can even book a 3-course candlelit dinner in our large barn to conclude your trip.

Those who do not want to miss out on something sweet are in the right place with us. Especially for bus companies, we bake Black Forest cakes. Your guests may even lend a hand themselves. Of course, we also have many other delicacies available. Please feel free to inquire!
