The Henslerhof, a typical Black Forest farm dating back to 1552, was carefully renovated in 1990 in coordination with the Heritage Office using contemporary materials. It is situated on a mountain massif in the Black Forest near Lake Titisee.
Many original buildings, including the main house with its large barn, a mill, a small barn, a chapel, a bakehouse, and stables, have been preserved. The farm, surrounded by 12 hectares of untouched nature, offers a wide range of possibilities for events and weddings.
The unique location and atmosphere, complemented by our experience in event organization, make the Henslerhof an ideal place for unforgettable days.
For weddings, the Henslerhof provides a romantic backdrop with a variety of options. Couples can marry in the idyllic chapel or opt for an open-air ceremony under the sky. OLD BARN
Our barns can be used as official wedding rooms for the Hinterzarten registry office.
Our 200 m² barn, preserved in its original state of traditional Black Forest timber construction, offers a unique atmosphere for various occasions. With ancient beams and wooden flooring, it is a historical testament to a bygone way of life. Today, it serves as a venue for events such as corporate parties or weddings, individually decorated for unforgettable experiences.

HORSE STABLES
Our unique stables from the Wilhelminian era have been preserved and offer a special ambiance on the grounds.
At the Henslerhof, our horse stables provide a flexible setting for various events, from themed parties to corporate functions, through lighting and decoration. With over 460 years of history, the stable is suitable for unusual celebrations with a special atmosphere. Companies use it for presentations and training sessions, tailored to their specific wishes.
SMALL CHAPEL
The chapel is arguably the smallest building belonging to the Henslerhof. Nevertheless, it often evokes the greatest emotions.

We have lost count of how many couples have exchanged their vows here in the old tradition. However, it serves not only for weddings but also for birthdays, baptisms, communions, and other celebrations.

The outdoor area has a total size of 12 hectares, providing enough space for almost any imaginable event.
With its 12-hectare grounds and picturesque Black Forest backdrop, the Henslerhof offers the ideal setting for events. It is perfect for outdoor weddings with a ceremonial altar and festive ambiance. Furthermore, it is suitable for corporate events, including employee Olympics and concerts with a stage and light show.
MOUNTAIN BARN
Pre-wedding parties or celebrating until dawn – that is no problem here in the Mountain Barn!
The Mountain Barn, located just 15 minutes from the Henslerhof, is ideal for bachelor parties and pre-wedding celebrations. With space for 80 people, dancing until the early morning hours, a large green outdoor area, and support with catering and decoration, it offers everything for a successful event.

A Look Back in Time The History of the Henslerhof
The small barn was also built during the Wilhelminian era and is approximately 80 m² in size. The small barn offers a weather-proof alternative for occasions such as a champagne reception or a wedding ceremony.
The outdoor area has a total size of 12 hectares, providing enough space for almost any event. Surrounded by a beautiful hilly landscape, it lends the Henslerhof an infinitely peaceful and idyllic Black Forest atmosphere.
Also dating from the Wilhelminian era, the stables offer an independent and unmistakable style at the Henslerhof. Through lighting and decoration, the small barn can, for example, be transformed into a disco.
With a size of approximately 200 m², the barn offers plenty of space and is the largest room at the Henslerhof. The barn was built in the timber construction style typical of the Black Forest at that time and remains perfectly preserved in its original state to this day.
